Rochester Association of Black Journalists to celebrate 15 years of service

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) -- The Rochester Association of Black Journalists is celebrating 15 years of service in the Rochester community.

The organization's celebratory luncheon, which includes food, drinks, and entertainment, will be held at Monroe's in Pittsford on Sunday, March 31.

Proceeds from the luncheon will go towards the group's Wyoma Best Scholarship for Future Journalists Fund.

Best was the first black female TV reporter in Rochester and she worked here at News10NBC. 

Tickets are $60 and will be sold until March 20.

No tickets will be sold at the door.
