Rochester Contemporary Art Center accepting submissions for 6x6 exhibit

Created: April 03, 2021 08:55 AM

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — It has become a Rochester tradition. Since 2008, the Rochester Contemporary Art Center has been asking for your artwork on a 6×6 canvas.

The COVID-19 pandemic shut down similar events in 2020, but RoCo was able to weather the storm. It will be open this year for the exhibit, which is its only fundraiser.

News10NBC's Lynette Adams spoke with Bleu Cease, RoCo's executive director and curator.

If you would like to participate, April 10 is the deadline to drop off your 6×6 artwork at the Rochester Contemporary Art Center at 137 East Ave. Artwork must be postmarked by April 12.
