ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester's Lyric Theatre, located at the corner of East Avenue and Prince Street, is one of the city’s best architectural and artistic treasures.
Built in 1915, this space was a church for 100 years before Sue Cotroneo took residence five years ago and the Lyric Theatre was born.
Cotroneo is putting together an event called the Be Our Wings Gala coming up this Friday to help keep this historic space in great condition.
She stopped by News10NBC at Noon to speak with Brennan Somers about the event.
