ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — After years of stagnant service, the Rochester Regional Transit Service did a major overhaul, changing times, trimming routes, eliminating others altogether and adding smaller buses providing service on demand.
The aim was to make it more convenient for riders and more responsive to their needs. It's called "Reimagine RTS."
News10NBC's Lynette Adams spoke with RTS CEO Bill Carpenter about the changes.
