In September of 2018, the Monroe County District Attorney's Office say Clavijo held a 17-year-old against their will at his home on North Goodman Street in the city.

After accusing the teen of stealing, Clavijo zip-tied him in the back room of his property and threatened his life with a weapon.

The 17-year-old was held for roughly five hours before police found him and arrested Clavijo.

Clavijo is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
