A Monroe County jury convicted a man of murder in the second degree for a shooting that started as road rage this April.

Rochester Police say 29-year-old Theotis Davis Jr. shot 26-year-old Willie Curry after the men got into a fight while driving on Sidney Street back in April.

Curry was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Prosecutors say it all started with Curry honking his horn.

Davis was also convicted of two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

He faces up to 40 years to life in prison at his sentencing in December.
