English's mother says the missing girl did reach out to her brother in recent hours, but didn't say where she is.

English has brown eyes and brown hair, but could be wearing a black wig. She was last seen wearing a black and white jacket, black pants, and tan boots. She's about 5'3" and 160 lbs.

Police say English and her 11-year-old sister Lily left their grandmother's car while she was inside a store on South Clinton Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

Lily was found safe shortly after midnight Wednesday on Bay Street after someone recognized her and called 911.

Police believe English is still in Rochester. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
