News10NBC celebrates the last day of Black History Month by honoring a savory tradition that started here in Rochester and is enjoyed by foodies across the County.
No Boss, your loss. Boss Sauce is an upstate New York staple. Eddie Harris, owner of American specialty manufacturing company started bottling the secret family recipe in 1983 and it quickly became a hit. This family-owned company provides jobs at their factory on Hudson Avenue. They pump out Boss Sauce by the gallon, serving up a taste of Rochester flavor in stores from Massachusetts all the way down to Florida.
That's why Boss sauce is a part of our Rochester Roots.
