Deputies say a 25-year-old woman from Penfield lost control of her car on the icy conditions.

The car slammed into the median, flipped over and landed in the center lane.

It took about 45 minutes for crews to clean up debris from the crash and reopen westbound lanes.

There were no passengers in the vehicle and the driver suffered only minor injuries. She was taken to the hospital and released.

No tickets were issued.
