ATLANTA (WHEC) — A second arrest has been made in an Atlanta shooting that injured a Rochester native.

The shooting happened during a welcome party at Clark Atlanta University in August.

Elyse Spencer, a 2019 School of the Arts graduate and a freshman at a different college, was one of three victims

U.S. Marshals  say they caught 25-year-old Ahmad Coleman in Mississippi last Thursday.

Investigators believe he and 21-year-old Isaiah Williams were shooting at each other, when they hit the innocent bystanders.

Williams was arrested last month, and Coleman is waiting to be extradited to Georgia.
