Senate introduces bill to reform handling of sexual harassment cases

New York's Senator Kirsten Gillibrand introduced a bill today to reform the way sexual harassment cases are handled on Capitol Hill. 

The bill, already passed by the House, reforms the complaint process for victims and attempts to give accusers parity in the process.

It also eliminates the mandatory mediation, waiting stages and provides legal representation to the victim, just as the accused previously received.
