Sluman misses cut, likely ending his professional Oak Hill career

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)- Round two of the 2019 Kitchen Aid Senior PGA Championship wrapped up on Friday at Oak Hill Country Club, but one local golfer may have wrapped up his major championship career.

Jeff Sluman was born-and-raised in the Rochester area. The 61-year-old Greece Arcadia graduate is the 1988 PGA Championship winner, and Oak Hills is something of his second home.

While Sluman wasn't able to make the cut, he spoke about how Oak Hill Country Club was instrumental in helping him achieve great heights in the sport.
