ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — As expected, the snow came down steadily, moderate and even heavy at times Saturday afternoon before tapering into the evening.

In all, it was a minor to modest snowfall, but the small size of the snowflakes made the snow more dense and heavy. It also created issues on the roads, making driving difficult on those snow-covered roads.
