GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) -- Local and federal prosecutors are still deciding whether the four young men, accused of plotting an attack against a small Muslim community near Binghamton, will face terror charges.

Greece Police arrested 20-year-old Brian Colaneri, 18-year-old Andrew Crysel, 19-year-old Vincent Vetromile, and a 16-year-old Greece Odyssey student. They have been charged locally with criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly making three IEDs and conspiracy for planning to use them.
