BUFFALO, N.Y. (WHEC) — A group of 94 restaurants and bars in Western New York are now allowed to stay open past 11 p.m.

A State Supreme Court judge granted a temporary injunction on Saturday lifting a state-imposed curfew, effective immediately.

Two restaurants in Monroe County were in the initial suit, but the majority are in the Buffalo area.
