ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) -- All Southwest Airlines flights across the country were grounded Friday morning as the airline dealt with a computer issue.
Around 5:45 a.m., Southwest began responding on Twitter to travelers who were complaining about flights not boarding.
The airline responded at 6:40 a.m. Friday in a tweet to a customer, saying that the issue “has been resolved.”
Hi there, Jason. We are aware of the issues we’re experiencing, but have been informed that the issue has been resolved. We should get the ball rolling here shortly. Thank you for your patience. -Austin
