On Thursday, her attorney entered not guilty pleas to two counts of making a terroristic threat on her behalf.

Hernandez will be held without bail. Her attorney agreed to that so Hernandez can remain at the Monroe County Jail rather than being returned to the federal detention center in Batavia, where she has been held since February.

Her trial is set to begin Aug. 20 at 9:30 a.m.

Hernandez still faces deportation because ICE says she's an undocumented immigrant.
