SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WHEC)—  A Syracuse man was arrested after he was seen in pictures among the group of Trump supporters who breached the U.S. Capitol.

According to Syracuse.com, Albert Ciarpelli was confirmed to be in FBI custody Wednesday, he was charged with two misdemeanors including  "knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds" and “violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds."

An FBI spokesperson says this arrest should serve as a clear message that justice will be served.

Also down the road from us, a Cheektowaga man is now in FBI custody as he too, is accused of taking part in the breach.
