PHOENIX, ARIZONA (WHEC) – In Phoenix, Arizona, authorities had to resort to tear gas to clear protesters following the U.S. Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade.

They say a crowd of people started to pound on the glass doors of the state senate building. At one point, state lawmakers left the senate chambers when tear gas seeped into the building.

Police did not make any arrests.
