The man accused of shooting three innocent bystanders faces new charges Thursday afternoon.
Rochester police say 28-year-old Samuel Shaw shot and killed two people, and injured a third on Thurston Road in June.
A grand jury indicted him on murder, attempted murder, assault and weapons charges.
Rochester police say Shaw started shooting in the Rite Aid parking lot on Thurston Road back on June 20.
It happened after an argument but three people, not involved in that argument, got shot. Two of them were killed while the third victim, a woman, was paralyzed.
