WARSAW, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office has issued a travel advisory on Thursday due to wintry weather.

The advisory, which is in effect until further notice, does not restrict travel, but drivers are asked to stay off the roads. If you do have to travel, you are urged to use extreme caution.

The extreme weather combination of snow, wind, and cold has created blizzard conditions. The visibility is very poor and near zero in some areas.
