When Trooper Szklany arrived on scene, he says the mother and her husband were in the driveway. The trooper helped the father with the birth of a healthy baby boy.

Troopers say the boy, named Jameson Francis, is 20-inches-long and 8.2 pounds. They say he is "doing great."

After delivery, the family was transported to Rochester General Hospital.
