Protests planned for Trump's NYS visit

A group opposed to President Trump plans to protest his upstate visit. 

The president will make two stops on Monday, Aug. 13.

The first one is at the Fort Drum military base, where he's expected to sign a defense policy bill aimed at re-building the military.

Later, the president will attend a private fundraiser in Utica for Republican Congresswoman Claudia Tenney.

On Facebook, the group, Indivisible Mohawk Valley, says it's working with partner organizations to hold a peaceful protest outside the Utica event.
