GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) -- A grand jury has indicted two of the four suspects in the alleged bomb plot against a small Muslim community in New York.
Brian Colaneri and Vincent Vetromile were set to appear in Greece Town Court Monday afternoon for a preliminary hearing.
Police arrested the two last month, along with Andrew Crysel and a teen boy who has not been identified.
Crysel's case is also being presented to a grand jury.
Police say the four suspects wanted to attack Muslims in the community of Islamberg near Binghamton.
FBI agents say at least one of the three bombs found by police was functional. The four are facing several felony charges.
