ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) -- Two people from Wayne County accused of killing a missing Greece man and driving his body to Syracuse were indicted by a grand jury.

Last month, 43-year-old Maximillian Cook was found dead on the property of a vacant home on Dearborn Place in Syracuse.

Aries Ash, 30, and Charisse Walton, 36, were accused of killing Cook, driving his body to Syracuse and dumping it in the house.

Ash and Walton were indicted on charges of murder, robbery, kidnapping, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of marijuana.

According to court paperwork, 24-year-old Lamor Britton was used as a lookout while Cook's body was being moved from the car to the basement of the home on Dearborn Place. The paperwork also says Cook's body was dismembered before being moved into the home.

Rochester police officers first caught up with Ash and Walton following a car chase last month that ended in a crash with a garbage truck.
