GATES, N.Y. (WHEC) -- Gates Police have arrested and charged two more people in relation to a brawl and shooting at the Diplomat Party House earlier this month.

Fights broke out during a Hispanic concert both inside the facility and outside in the parking lot back on Jan. 13.

Investigators said 26-year-old Jose Munz of Rochester and 27-year-old Solangie Rodriguez of Greece voluntarily contacted the Gates Police Department to turn themselves in. Both were charged on Tuesday.

Munz allegedly threw a liquor bottle into the crowd which struck a 26-year-old woman, causing a serious cut to her head. He is charged with assault and reckless endangerment. He is being held in the Monroe County on $7,000 cash or $14,000 bond. He's due back in court on Jan. 25.

Rodriguez is charged with reckless endangerment after she also allegedly threw a liquor bottle into the crowd. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Yamil Maldonado and Isaac Dominguez-Gomez are also facing charges in connection with the incident.

Maldonado is accused of possessing an illegal firearm and firing it inside and outside the Diplomat several times. He is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bail as he is a predicate felon.

Dominguez-Gomez is charged with riot in the second degree and disorderly conduct. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Police say three people fired handguns; a fourth person displayed a pistol but did not fire it.

Investigators are working to identify additional suspects.
