ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) - The man accused of murdering a woman and her baby in Wayne County has been indicted on three new charges for entering the country illegally.

A grand jury charged Alberto Reyes with fraud and misuse of a permanent resident alien card, fraud and misuse of a Social Security card and unlawful re-entry by a removed alien.

The 26 year old is also facing two counts of murder and an evidence tampering charge.

Deputies say Reyes killed his girlfriend Selena Hidalgo-Calderon and her 14-month-old son Owen.

The two disappeared from a farm off of Joy Road in Sodus back in May.

Selena's body was found a week later in the woods near the farm. Owen's remains were found in October.

Reyes is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday afternoon.
