Woman arrested in connection to Hudson Avenue stabbing death pleads not guilty to charge

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)- A woman has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the dead body found early Friday morning on Hudson Avenue.

According to the Rochester Police Department, 34-year-old city resident Sheena Perry-Harris has been charged with 2nd-degree murder in the case of Christopher Grissom. She was arraigned on Saturday morning, where she pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Grissom, 40, was found just before 3 a.m. on Friday down on the sidewalk of Hudson Avenue with stab wounds to his torso. The Rochester resident was pronounced dead at the scene.

Perry-Harris will be back in court on June 20 at 10:30 a.m.
