TYRE N.Y. (WHEC) — A woman has been indicted on several charges in connection to an incident where a Florida man attempted to light a 1-year-old child on fire at the Love’s Truck Stop in Tyre, Seneca County earlier this month.

It happened at around 5:30 a.m. on May 3. The deputies who responded found several fires in the building, as well as a 1-year-old child who was covered in gasoline. Upon searching the scene further, they found a 4-year-old abandoned in the cab of a tractor-trailer with suspected head injuries. Both children were taken to the hospital and are expected to make full recoveries.

On Thursday, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office announced that Lisbeth Collada was indicted on charges of attempted aggravated murder, second degree attempted murder, second degree arson, first degree attempted assault, second degree attempted arson and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Those are the same charges that the other suspect, Jamie Avery Jr., 28, of Palm Beach, Florida, is facing.

Collada’s bail was set at $200,000 cash, $400,000 bond. Her next court date is set for July 27.
