ERWIN, N.Y. (WHEC) — A woman from Corning is facing a harassment charge following a little league baseball game.
It happened Wednesday evening in Steuben County.
When State Police arrived at the field after the game, they separated the parents who were still arguing.
The victim stated that Christie Speciale, 36 charged toward her from the outfield to the first baseline and was threatening her and shoving her to the point that she had no more room to move, according to police.
Another parent had called 911 requesting the police come to the field.
Speciale was uncooperative with police but was arrested for harassment and issued an appearance ticket for a later date.
Police say all parties were advised to have no more contact.
