A Webster woman was indicted by a grand jury on multiple charges for a wrong-way crash on Rt. 490 back in November.
A Monroe County grand jury indicted 26-year-old Marissa Pecora on charges of DWI, DWI with BAC of .08 or higher, aggravated DWI, and reckless driving. She had originally been charged with three counts of DWI, reckless driving, assault, no interlock, unlawful entering of an expressway, violation of a conditional license, wrong way on a one way, disobey traffic control device, failure to keep right, and open container.
Deputies said Pecora was driving west in the eastbound lane of Rt. 490 on Nov. 1 when she struck a tractor trailer head-on between the Bushnell's Basin and Route 31 exits.
The driver of the tractor trailer, Travis Britt of Georgia, escaped his vehicle before it caught fire.
In early 2017, Pecora was charged with aggravated DWI in Farmington.
