A woman was extracted from her vehicle after deputies say she ran a red light and was hit by a tractor-trailer.
It happened in the town of Ontario around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Investigators say 68-year-old Nancy Penneitz was driving north on Furnace Road when she attempted to cross State Route 104 while her light was solid red.
Penneitz was taken by ambulance to Rochester General Hospital for minor injuries. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not hurt.
Penneitz got a ticket for failing to stop at a red light.
