GENEVA, N.Y. (WHEC)— Geneva Police now say a group of students are responsible for etching swastikas, racial slurs, and indecent images into playground equipment.
Police told the Finger Lakes Times the students will not be named due to their ages.
The vandalism happened at West Street Elementary School back in May. A window and floodlight were also damaged. Police say one of the markings said "Bring the Nazis back."
Police said it will be up to district officials on whether to press charges.
