Another victim comes forward in Canandaigua Walmart flashing case

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Another person has come forward in the case of a man accused of flashing shoppers at a Canandaigua Walmart.

An 11-year-old girl says she was also exposed by Paul Goodrell at the scene in Janaury, she joins a teenager and her grandmother. who previously spoke to News10NBC about the incident.

Goodrell has been issued an appearance ticket for the incident, and right now he's being held in the Oneida County Jail on a parole violation.

Between 1989 and 2017, records show seven public lewdness cases against Goodrell. 

In 2012 he got 12 years in prison for going into Auburn High School in Cayuga County and flashing children. 

Goodrell was paroled in October 2016. Four months later he was arrested for exposing himself to children in a Michael's Arts and Crafts store in Victor. 

He is under parole supervision until 2032.
