VICTOR, N.Y. (WHEC) — Former State Assemblyman Brian Kolb will be heading back to court soon.

Prosecutors tell News10NBC Kolb's DWI case is set to resume.

The case has been delayed since last September because of the pandemic.

Kolb was arrested on New Year's Eve 2019 after crashing his state-issued SUV into the ditch near his Victor home.

Deputies say his blood alcohol content twice the legal limit.

The next hearing is set for May 6 in Victor Town Court.
