ALBION, N.Y. (WHEC) — Two Orleans County men have been arrested in connection with two shootings in Albion this month.

Police say that happened on Aug. 8 and Aug. 14 and the man who was shot in the leg on Aug. 14, 23-year-old Jonathan Jimenez of Holley, was actually charged in both incidents.

Jimenez was charged with one count of second degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm, one count of first-degree reckless endangerment, and one count of fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon.

The other suspect, 22-year-old Prince Wilson of Albion is also facing charges for both shootings.

Wilson was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, first degree reckless endangerment, second degree criminal possession of a weapon, second degree attempted murder, first degree criminal use of a firearm, aggravated criminal possession of a weapon, and second degree assault.

While Jimenez is facing weapons charges, Wilson is accused of attempted murder and assault in addition to the weapons charges.

Police say both firearms that they believe were used in the shootings were seized and they believe the incidents were isolated between the two men.
