ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Ahead of the Vice Presidential Debate Wednesday night, News10NBC interviewed Kate Donovan, a former political science professor who now works for DataHub, a non-partisan organization that helps people understand the redistricting process.

We asked her whether or not she believes the poor reception of the first presidential debate will affect the public's opinion of the vice-presidential debate, how big of an issue COVID-19 will be in the debate and whether or not this year's debate will be more influential on the outcome of the election considering the age and health of President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden.
