Hochul signs bills aimed to crack down on cyberbullying

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Gov. Kathy Hochul Wednesday signed two bills aimed to crack down on cyberbullying.

The first expands the definition of coercion so that it includes creating and distributing intimate pictures.

The second creates a new task force to keep tabs on cyberbullying in New York that will find ways for the state to prevent it and create resources to help victims.
