ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — This Good Question is about sports and the state’s quarantine order.
A viewer named Mike wanted to know, how does the governor's 14-day quarantine order work for pro-teams traveling to and from New York?
Players and teams from COVID-19 hot spots can come and play in New York, but just enough to compete.
New York State guidelines say they need to quarantine and avoid going out in public when they aren't at stadiums or practicing. There will also be testing and screening requirements when they arrive.
The same rules apply to New York's home teams returning from away games.
