ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police have made another arrest in connection to the damage done in the city after protests on May 30.

They say 27-year-old Marquis Frasier used a Molotov cocktail device to help destroy a construction trailer on Court Street.

He's also accused of damaging city vehicles and burglarizing the Attorney General's Office on Exchange Street.

Frasier was charged with first-degree arson, first-degree riot, second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.
