Arson investigation underway on Clifford Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)—Rochester firefighters say they are working an arson case on Clifford Avenue Wednesday morning.

Crews could be seen on Clifford.near Morton Street around 1:30 a.m.

Firefighters on the scene told News10NBC there was a fire behind a home. Rochester police were on the scene, and while we saw someone taken in handcuffs, police initially said no arrests were made.
