ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The attorney for former governor Andrew Cuomo Thursday presented, what she claims, is evidence left out of Attorney General Letitia James’ report that detailed allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct against Cuomo.

Rita Glavin first reiterated her position that the report released back on Aug. 3 was flawed and misleading.

The report concluded Cuomo sexually harassed 11 women.

He said he never touched anyone inappropriately.

Thursday, Glavin alleged that one of his accusers, Lindsay Boylan, made threats against Cuomo’s staff and that James did not investigate.

"On Feb. 24, Boylan sent a threatening message to Howard Zemski," Glavin said. "What the report put in is that they said at some point after the medium essay Zemski received a threatening message, a jarring message. They didn’t tell you it was the same day."

Glavin claims that the jarring message made the former head of the Empire State Development Corporation change his initial comment on the conversation between Boylan and the governor.

Howard Zemski was reportedly on the state plane when Boylan said the governor suggested playing strip poker.

During the AG’s investigation, Boylan’s claim was found to be credible.
