ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — DMVs in Monroe County will expand access to appointments, starting on Monday.
According to the County Clerk, the Henrietta, Irondequoit and Rochester branches will begin taking appointments for all DMV available services, including vehicle registrations.
The drop boxes located outside DMVs will only accept license plate surrenders.
All in-person transactions must have an appointment.
