HENRIETTA, N.Y. (WHEC)— The Dome Arena in Henrietta will be set up as a site for COVID-19 vaccinations next Wednesday.
Finger Lakes Regional Director Vincent Esposito made the announcement Friday morning.
As we previously reported, this site is a "walk-in" clinic, but it is still by appointment only. The shots will be for people who qualify under either Phase 1a, which includes front line health care workers, or, Phase 1b, which are for people 65 years and older.
All vaccinations (at any site by any provider) are by appointment ONLY at this time. And supply of the vaccine is still very limited to meet demand. So please be patient as appointments will fill quickly.— Vincent Esposito (@VinnieEsposito) January 15, 2021

Some of you have already contacted News10NBC about problems making appointments through the state's website. We're looking into it, and we'll bring you any updates.
