Good Question: Are concerts allowed at casinos?

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Here’s a Good Question about casinos.
Commercial casinos across New York have been open for nearly a month now. Gov. Andrew Cuomo lifted their shutdown orders back on Sept. 9.
There are still plenty of restrictions including 25% capacity, six feet between machines, masks and no food or drinks on the casino floor.
One viewer wanted to know about something else, besides gambling, and sent News10NBC’s Brennan Somers this message: Now that casinos have opened up, what is the procedure for concerts at the casino?
Currently, there are no rules because they don’t exist.
Concerts and other shows are addressed right at the top of the state guidance for casinos: "Live performances are not permitted at this time for casino gaming until state-issued guidance for performing arts is promulgated."
The arts, Broadway and movie theaters are all among the last groups still waiting for some hint at a reopening date.
