ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A grand jury has indicted a man on multiple charges after police say he crashed into three parked cars killing a man on Genesee Park Boulevard.

Officers say 25-year-old Justin T. Seabon was drunk and speeding when he hit three parked cars on Genesee Park Boulevard at Kingsboro Road back in May.

The victim, 83-year-old Milton Harris, was inside one of those cars. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died. No one else was hurt in the crash.

Police charged Seabon with DWI, aggravated vehicular homicide, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He also faces traffic violations, including speeding, moving from lanes unsafely, and reckless driving.

Milton Harris is the father of Clay Harris who is a community advocate and founder of "Uniting and Healing Through Hope of Monroe County". The organization is dedicated to ending the violence in the city of Rochester.
