ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The grandma accused of setting her family's apartment on fire, then taking off, has been indicted by a grand jury on an arson charge.

Rochester Police say 47-year-old Glorestine Parks of West Helena, Arkansas, was in town visiting family in October.

She's accused of setting the Lyell Avenue apartment on fire on Oct. 10, while her daughter and grandchildren were inside, then leaving town.

Everyone was able to get out safely, but the residents of all 10 units had to be relocated due to the extensive damage the building sustained.
