HENRIETTA, N.Y. (WHEC) — A power outage in Henrietta knocked out power at the Dome Arena, a New York State COVID-19 vaccine site.

Henrietta Fire says the call came over at around 11:30 a.m. as a structure fire because the outage caused a smell of smoke, but there was no fire.

The outage affected dozens of RG&E customers near the Dome Arena, according to the RG&E outage map.

News10NBC's crew at the scene said it appeared there were vaccine appointments being conducted despite the Easter holiday.

Power was restored just after noon.
