ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A judge denied developer Bob Morgan's request for the return of his iPhone.
Federal investigators seized the phone two years ago in a search of Morgan's offices.
Morgan faces several federal charges, including money laundering and bank fraud.
Prosecutors say he cheated banks, insurance companies and the government out of at least $25 million.
Investigators are trying to crack his password and have yet to succeed.
Morgan has not given them the code.
