ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The man accused in the cold case murder of 14-year-old Wendy Jerome in 1984 has been extradited back to Rochester ahead of his arraignment.
Timothy Williams, 56, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2020 and charged with the rape and murder of Wendy Jerome. He was living in Melbourne, Florida at the time.
Williams is scheduled to be arraigned at Rochester City Court at 9:30 a.m. Saturday.
